Delivery to Posti office or pickup point

The parcel is delivered into the Posti pickup point you chose during the checkout process. You will receive a notice of arrival as an SMS, through e-mail and via Posti’s mobile application. The parcel can be picked up at the Posti outlet by presenting the notice of arrival/item ID and personal ID. From a Posti Parcel Locker, the item will be collected with a locker code.

The storage period is 7 days in Posti’s service points and Parcel Lockers.

Delivery to Matkahuolto pickup point (Matkahuolto Near Parcel)

Near Parcels are delivered to the Parcel Pick-up Point nearest to the recipient’s address or chosen by the consignor.  When your parcel is ready for pick-up, you will be notified with a text or email message.

Home delivery – Posti Home Parcel

Posti will contact you to set the delivery date and delivery time frame. The shipment will be delivered to the address indicated on the address label and handed over against a signature. The service includes one delivery attempt.

If the delivery attempt fails, a paper form notice of arrival will be left for the recipient, and the item can be collected from the local postal outlet. Redelivery, subject to a charge, can be ordered for the shipment from Posti.

Home delivery is available only to Finland mainland addresses with uninterruped road connections.

When you receive the package, please check that you have received the corract parcel and the parcel is not damaged. If you see any external damage, please make a note into the shipment documents while the delivery personnel is observing. Please also inform our customer service (info@ranuarevontuli.fi).
