When you make an order in the online store, you accept these terms. You commit to give correct information for your order.
The online store has the right to deny registration from the customer, close the customer account or deny to fulfill the order.
Ordering from the online store
Products are ordered in the online store by adding products into the cart and making a payment in the checkout.
Your order will be confirmed via email to the email address you have given.
The prices shown in the online store include Finnish VAT. They may differ from the prices in our retail store.
We reserve the right to change the prices in the online store. The product prices visible in the shop when making the order apply to that order.

Limitations of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable mandatory legislation, Ranua-Revontuli shall not be liable for any economic losses, loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, business or anticipated savings, loss of goodwill, or reputation or special or punitive losses, nor any consequential or other indirect damage.
This liability exclusion does not apply in cases of gross negligence or unlawful intent and does not apply to the liability of the seller for death or personal injury caused by the goods to any person or where has been a breach of a fundamental contractual obligation. To the extent permitted by applicable mandatory legislation, there are no warranties, conditions or other terms binding on Ranua-Revontuli other than those mentioned in these general terms.
Returns and refunds
The goods sold in the online store are food, so they can not be returned or exchanged (see Consumer Protection Act Chapter 6 Section 2).
You can cancel your whole order, until the collection of the items has started. The cancellation is done by contacting our customer service via phone during our opening hours.
Faulty products are replaced by default. The original product should be delivered back to Ranua-Revontuli for quality inspection first.
Notice of a faulty product needs to be done within 14 days of receiving the product delivery. The notice is to be done via email to email@example.com or via mail to Ranua-Revontuli Oy, Rovaniementie 29, 97700 Ranua, Finland.
